Not only does Talon build luxury custom homes – we also bring that same discipline to the homes our clients already own. Most renovations are handled by remodelers. Ours are handled by a custom home builder. That difference shows up behind the walls, where structure, roofing, and building envelope decide how long the work lasts.

Tom Shumway is a licensed General Contractor, Roofing Contractor, and Mold Remediator. When a renovation opens a wall or an addition ties into an existing roof, the person responsible for the answer is already on the job. No outside referrals. No guesswork.
