At Talon Home Builders, the process is straightforward – from the first conversation, you will establish a direct line of contact with the owners, which remains open and transparent throughout the entire building process.
Tom is out in the field visiting jobsites weekly to ensure projects are running according to plan. Jennie oversees the projects each day from the office, establishing budgets, negotiating on the client’s behalf and monitoring spend. Your primary project manager coordinates with the trades to keep your schedule on track. Together, Tom and Jennie have built a solid team to simplify the approval process and keep the homeowner’s budget focused on project execution rather than unnecessary overhead.
