The Sanderling Club is a community of single family homes nestled on Siesta Key dating back to the 1940’s, the Sanderling Club was developed to “show great concern for ecology with an aesthetic feel”, and we continue to maintain the park-like setting of the Club seventy years later.

The area to the west of US 41 (Tamiami Trail) is a prestigious location known as the “West of the Trail.” This particular area just south of downtown Sarasota is highly desirable because of the location close to many of the area’s top amenities. West of the Trail real estate is in great demand with prices sometimes reaching the multi-million dollar range for homes situated on the waterfront.

Because of its superb location, this is one of Sarasota’s most historic areas. The downtown residential area which is West of the Trail consists of some of the city’s most historic neighborhoods such as Harbor Acres, McClellan Park, Laurel Park and Cherokee Park. These subdivisions are all within easy access of downtown and Sarasota Memorial Hospital making it a great location for medical providers and staff. We build custom homes on these canal lots to coastal standards, including demolishing an existing house when a lot calls for it.

Emerald Harbor is a quiet Longboat Key neighborhood known for some of the island’s widest, deepest canals, with no fixed bridges between the docks and open water. Deeded beach access is just across Gulf of Mexico Drive.

As older homes here are rebuilt or remodeled, we help owners decide whether to renovate or start fresh, and we build to coastal standards either way.

Siesta Isles is a canal-front neighborhood on Siesta Key, a short walk or bike ride from Siesta Beach and Siesta Village. Boaters have canal access to the Intracoastal Waterway, and paddleboards and kayaks can launch right from the backyard.

We design and build custom homes on these waterfront lots, planning around seawalls, docks, and flood requirements from the start.

Cherokee Park is one of Sarasota’s most established West of the Trail neighborhoods, platted in the 1920s and known for its tree-lined streets, sidewalks, and walkability to Southside Village. Historic homes now sit beside new construction.
