‘We own a commercial construction and development company and live and work primarily in Michigan. In 2019, we purchased a second home on Siesta Key. After the 50-year-old home was substantially damaged by flooding from Hurricane Helene, we made the decision to demolish it and build a new Contemporary home designed to better withstand the coastal environment…’
