Tom was willing to take on a very different project for me, while other contractors backed away. He was enthusiastic about learning an entirely new way of construction and “winging it” as needed. He was always conscious of my tight budget and really tried to give me what I wanted without breaking the bank. Furthermore, he was quite innovative in coming up with clever ideas and made sure that his subs met his exacting standards. My house turned out beautifully!
